| Kinder-Kids Pre-School
was established in 1995 with the purpose of providing quality
pre-school education. To accomplish this, we have identified
three important requirements, namely a dedicated staff team,
well prepared conductive environment and a good curriculum and have worked hard to achieve them. Whilst we have trained
and experienced teachers in this school, the teachers continuously
upgrade their skills by attending courses and workshops.
The
purpose built school in Section 7 (10,000 sq.ft) is spacious
and children friendly. With its tastefully furnished environment,
the school is licensed to accommodate up to 160 children per session. In the year 2000, Kinder-Kids started another centre in Section 4 of Bandar Sungai Long. Then in year 2002, another branch of Kinder-Kids opened in Bandar Utama.
The
school curriculum that we use has been carefully selected
to benefit the children. To elaborate further, we use the
eclectic approach, which incorporates the Montessori Method,
developmentally appropriate activities and the project approach.
To prepare our children for entrance into the Malaysian Primary
School, we also practice the "3R" system which is
instituted by our National Curriculum (3R system involves
the teaching of arithmetic, writing, reading). Bahasa Melayu
and Mandarin are also included in the syllabus. In line with the emphasis on English, we will continue to teach Science and Mathematics in English. We also encourage our children to learn through
play.
Indeed
we are glad to hear that graduate students are now doing very
well in primary school. We can conclude that whilst there
are other factors, we firmly believe that the firm foundation
obtained from this pre-school had indeed helped these students.
We
hope to continue our strive for higher achievements in the
years to come.
